Ryad Watier is stunning with beautifully decorated rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. I loved the large double room that had unique decor and loads of space. The open terrace for breakfast was a highlight. enjoying fresh pastries and Moroccan tea while gazing at the breathtaking views above Essaouira was unforgettable. The staff, particularly Hayat, made me feel at home. She arranged for my bags to be taken to the bus station and even made a cozy fire in our room. Being a solo traveler, I really appreciated how much she went out of her way to ensure I felt comfortable and safe. However, while breakfast was fantastic, the menu options could’ve been a bit more varied to offer different experiences throughout my stay. Also, some parts of the property needed clearer directions as I got a bit lost looking for the entrance upon arrival. Overall, I would highly recommend this riad—just be prepared for a potentially confusing entrance and a desire for more breakfast options.

We enjoy the superb location right in the Medina, with easy access to a vibrant Berber village market nearby. The breakfast features high-quality offerings, including products from a special women's co-operative that produces argan oil, enhancing our dining experience.
The property could benefit from clearer directions for first-time visitors.

Though the rooftop chaise lounges are perfect for sunbathing, they are angled too steeply for reading comfortably!!! Also, a lack of clear signage for first-time visitors can make finding the entrance a challenge!!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The breakfast on the rooftop terrace was lovely, with fine views. The medina location made it easy to explore, and the staff were so cute. Plus, our baby was well cared for, which made traveling much smoother.
For dads, it would be great if there were more family-friendly activities on-site.

The beautifully decorated property exuded charm with its intricate artwork and welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace, complete with breathtaking sea views, featured delicious homemade jam and fluffy pancakes. However, finding the entrance was initially confusing, and a bit more variety in breakfast choices would enhance the experience. Additionally, some communal areas felt less accessible due to unclear directions.
